Jacksonville International Airport has one terminal. With two Concourses A and C, which was finished in August 2015, it has many facilities & technologies that one usually sees at large airports. Also, larger aircraft will serve at the Terminal - able to fly during harsh weather. The previous problem with delayed morning flights due to idle smaller aircraft will be significantly be reduced. The new luggage system advancement should now be finished. The Terminal is open all day long; TSA Security checkpoint opens early at 4:30 am. The Terminal has a large courtyard, and a music stage was local bands perform at the end of every month.

The baggage claim area is found at level 1, data, and rental car counters - divided into north & south parts, and outside there are transportation options. The ticketing area is found in level 2, which is divided into North and south side counters from 1-4 & 5-8 immediately after security check is the boarding area with access to Concourse A at right and C, at left.

Concourse A includes gates A1-A10 with airlines such as Delta, Silver & United airlines - and access to the Delta Crown Room. It offers CNBC, CIAO & Shula's. Concourse C includes gates C1-C10 and has American, Air Canada, Allegiant, and Southwest.
